Facebook plans to launch their new music platform on September 22nd at their f8 developer conference. The platform will launch with Spotify, MOG and Rdio, and will allow users to listen to music from within Facebook. Instead of directly hosting or streaming music and media, Facebook will rely on partners to provide their content. For more information, please see Facebook Music.
