Google has now made Gmail accessible when you are offline, and within the next week will also make Google Calendars and Google Docs accessible offline too. The new offline Gmail is available as a Google Web app. However this app will only be effective for Chrome’s web browser. None Chrome users fear not, Google promises to make the app available in other browsers soon. For more information, please see Gmail Offline.
